Global biopharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) has selected JLL to provide facility management and occupancy planning services for its 16 manufacturing, laboratory, research and development and office sites in the United States and Puerto Rico, which span a total of about 10 million square feet. JLL will also be responsible for providing effective cost management and reporting for BMS.
“Today’s life sciences companies must maintain a laser focus on operating efficiency and productivity,” said Roger Humphrey, JLL’s executive managing director, Life Sciences, in a press release. “With our deep life sciences expertise, we will collaborate with BMS to deliver service improvements and innovative facilities management solutions.”
JLL’s full-service Life Sciences platform includes integrated facilities management, engineering and operations, energy and sustainability, transaction advisory, lease administration, project management and the Labwell platform for laboratory services. JLL already manages more than 100 million square feet of life sciences facilities.
