On Oct. 17, Prevel unveiled Phase 4 of its Lowney sur Ville condominium project in Montreal, Que. The new phase offers 106 units spread across 20 floors, all of which promise to offer a spectacular panoramic view of Montreal from the heart of Griffintown.
Units will vary in size from 294 to 836 square feet, priced between $119,000 and $348,000 before tax. Unit owners will be able to use the new Urban Chalet, located on the top two floors of the development. Urban Chalet will feature large windows allowing panoramic views of Montreal. During the summer, a new rooftop terrace featuring a pool and deck chairs will be available for use.
The Ann Street development is part of the Lowney project that has helped redevelop Griffintown. The project, which counts over 13 phases sold and delivered, accounts for 29 per cent of the condos sold in Griffintown, and 19 per cent of the units sold in downtown Montreal in the last trimester.
“It is with great pride we see that Lowney is still as popular as ever as 1,400 units were delivered. Despite a much-changed market, we’ve put a lot of effort into evolving the project to meet our clients’ needs,” said Laurence Vincent, vice president of marketing and sales at Prevel, in a press release. “That’s one explanation for why 60 per cent of sales at Lowney come from referrals or existing clients.”
Prevel was also awarded the Montreal Downtown Prize by Destination Downtown, a non-profit organization, for its contribution to the revitalization of the city center.
