Keith Major, head of Canadian real estate management with BentallGreenOak, has achieved one of the top honours that the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International bestows in being named a BOMA Fellow. The designation recognizes members of at least 10 years standing who have been exemplary contributors to BOMA, the commercial real estate industry and the wider community.
Major is one of just three inductees for 2022, who will be formally recognized at BOMA International’s annual conference, set for June 25-28 in Nashville, Tennessee. He joins a select contingent of 61 Fellows named since 2011. Drawn from the United States, Canada and Australia, they are looked to for leadership and wise counsel as the industry navigates emerging issues and welcomes new generations.
“Keith has been a long-serving, high impact volunteer leader with BOMA Toronto, BOMA Canada and BOMA International, most recently having completed a double term as BOMA International’s treasurer,” observes Benjamin Shinewald, president and chief executive officer of BOMA Canada. “We congratulate him on this well deserved recognition and thank him for his amazing service to BOMA.”
