BGO, Starlight acquire Pickering rental property

BGO and Starlight Investments announced they have jointly acquired a newly developed multifamily residential property located in Pickering, Ontario. The 12-storey, 227-suite rental apartment, named Fourteen75, represents the fifth joint venture transaction for both firms totaling more than $600 million in AUM to date since the formation of their partnership in 2021.
