Nabeel Ramji, a portfolio analyst at Strategic Group, will lead an initiative called Accessibility for All Albertans in hopes that new and existing buildings meet and exceed current codes for citizen accessibility.

Ramji, a long-time supporter of the cause, plans to explore best practices in design and develop a model that is economically viable for each stakeholder, from real estate developers to contractors.

“My goal is to help create more inclusive and vibrant communities that are truly accessible for everyone,” he says. “Accessibility isn’t limited to just one demographic, and I’m grateful for the opportunity Strategic Group is allowing me to help make a difference in my community.”

With help from Strategic Group, Ramji will apply the initiative to all markets, including commercial buildings, public institutions and residential housing.
