Tridel and Concert Properties are among the high-rise finalists selected for the 2015 Tarion Awards of Excellence, recognizing superior customer service. Organized by Tarion Warranty Corporation (Tarion), the awards celebrate the excellent customer service of new home builders in the small, medium, large volume and high-rise categories.

“New home builders are building beautiful homes and communities across Ontario, but their jobs don’t stop there,” says Howard Bogach, President and CEO at Tarion. “A great home builder ensures their customers feel supported long after they’ve settled into their new home. The 2015 Tarion Awards of Excellence finalists demonstrate that excellent customer service is an essential part of a home builder’s job and can make the difference between a good home builder and a great one.”

Tarion determined their finalists through the use of a comprehensive survey, distributed to over 49,000 Ontario homeowners who purchased homes between October 1, 2013 and September 30, 2014. The survey included questions about homeowner satisfaction in relation to their respective builders and focused on every stage of the buying, construction and delivery process. Survey responses were received from nearly 7,900 new homeowners.

Finalists in the high-rise category include:

• Concert Properties – Toronto;
• The Daniels Corporation – Toronto;
• Del Ridge Homes – Markham;
• Mattamy Homes – Oakville;
• The Tricar Group – London; and
• Tridel – Toronto.

Winners will be announced on April 20, 2015 in Toronto, Ont.
