Erik Goldsilver has joined Borden Ladner Gervais LLP as a partner in the firm’s Mining Group.

He will be advising clients in all stages of mining projects, from development and exploration to construction and operation.

Goldsilver’s expertise spans the fields of mining, natural resources and energy. He practices business law and often works with Canadian and international mining companies on acquisitions and dispositions of mines, mining companies and mining projects and operations.

He also advises on the structuring and negotiation of option and joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, royalty arrangements, offtake agreements and has vast experience with issues related to indigenous communities.
