Top property management firms, individuals and suppliers in the commercial real estate industry were honoured at BOMA BC’s 2019 Awards Gala held in downtown Vancouver. A total of five awards were handed out.
Keynote speaker, Terry Small, gave an incredibly memorable and humorous presentation on The Leadership Brain, and provided the crowd with practical tips on how to be better leaders.
“BOMA BC is very proud of the calibre of companies that are part of our association. They raise the bar every day and we are happy to recognize them for their outstanding service and professionalism,” said Damian Stathonikos, president of BOMA BC.
“Hopefully the Awards Gala inspired others to enter for an award. Next year will be a particularly exciting year as BOMEX, BOMA Canada’s national conference, will be held in Vancouver. We hope to have multiple local winners recognized at the national level.”
QuadReal Property Group’s team at Broadway Tech Centre was recognized with the Building Operations Team award, which recognizes a high level of expertise in scheduling preventive maintenance; improves general building operations; ensures maximum energy efficiency; and leads by example.
