Community management firm Associa has entered into a partnership with Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM), one of the largest management agencies in southwest Ontario. Dallas, Texas-based Associa already has offices in British Columbia and Alberta, but this partnership marks the company’s first venture into the Ontario market.

“This partnership with MRCM is a natural fit as its business model is similar to Associa’s, a family run company with a reputation for unsurpassed customer service,” said Joh Carona, Associa CEO and chairman, in a press release. “We are excited about our expansion into Ontario and are eager to provide MRCM’s clients with the extended resources that come with being a part of the Associa family.”

The partnership will not impact the employees or clients, but will allow MRCM to have access to Associa’s integrated services, added MRCM president Michael Le Page.

Mississauga, Ontario-based MRCM has worked with condominium, high-rise and townhome communities since 1984. Le Page, founder of the company, will continue leading the company, which consists of over 80 full-time employees.
