Sky View Suites has unveiled The Gatsby as Canada’s highest furnished rental suite. The company was hired to decorate and manage the luxury penthouse, which tops the 80-storey Aura at College Park condominium, the tallest residential building in Canada.

Located at the downtown Toronto intersection of Yonge and College streets, the 2,100-square-foot, two-bedroom suite comes equipped with walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms and scenic views courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-concept living area combines the dining room, living room and kitchen and features expensive furnishings, ample space and two fireplaces. Renters will also have access to a private two-car garage in the building.

The suite, along with its associated amenities, is currently available for rental for $12,500 per month.
