Avison Young is opening a third office in Germany, not long after launching its German operations in Frankfurt on December 1, 2014 and its new Munich office on January 1, 2015.

The new office is located in the heart of Duesseldorf’s central business district. Mark Rose, chair and chief executive officer of Avison Young, said this opening is representative of the company’s German and global expansion.

“As we actively pursue more expansion opportunities within Germany, the new Duesseldorf office will complement our rapidly growing Frankfurt and Munich operations, creating growth opportunities for our clients and our company throughout Europe and North America,” Rose commented.

Stephan Heinen is now leading the Duesseldorf operations as managing director of Avison Young Germany, focusing on regional growth strategy. He will also help expand national operations, working with managing directors Udo Stoeckl (Frankfurt) Markus Bruckner (Munich) and Frank Loeblein, head of German retail real estate investment.
