Following the recent news of a more improved BOMA BEST brand coming to market, comes the announcement of a new questionnaire called BOMA BEST 3.0, which is currently in an overhaul process under the leadership of Stantec.

The updated assessment will replace BOMA BEST version two (v2) and will revamp all categories, such as BEST Practices, questions and scoring.

Office, light industrial, open air retail and shopping centre modules will also be included in the questionnaire, along with a universal module for increased user accessibility.

Energy normalization and new benchmarking procedures for energy and water are among the many other changes.

BOMA BEST 3.0 will be available in mid-2016 on a new software platform.
