CBRE has announced the sale of two well-located hotels, one in Halifax and one in Toronto.
On behalf of Banc Group of Properties, CBRE advised the sale of the Quality Inn Hotel & Suites Halifax to Palm Ventures Inc.
The hotel is minutes from Halifax’s Central Business District and close to the 580-acre Bayers Lake Business Park, one of Atlantic Canada’s largest business parks.
Other features include 113 guest rooms, an indoor pool with a 80-foot waterslide, meeting space and a fitness centre.
CBRE also advised Arsandco Investments Ltd. on its sale of the Best Western Primrose Hotel in downtown Toronto to Knightstone Capital Management.
The 342-room hotel is within walking distance to prime tourist spots like Yonge-Dundas Square, the Toronto Eaton Centre and several performance venues including Massey Hall.
A fitness centre, sauna and rooftop pool are a few featured amenities, along with a full-service restaurant and an on-site leased Tim Hortons.
