Citron Hygiene has acquired Chemsyn Chemical Corporation (Chemsyn), a top player in commercial warewash and laundry solutions, serving a broad range of customer verticals, including foodservice, hospitality, lodging, healthcare, long term care facilities, institutions, golf and sports clubs throughout Ontario.

“This acquisition supports our corporate growth strategy to be fully committed to our three core platforms of Washroom Hygiene, Pest Control and Warewash/Chemical solutions,” says Citron Hygiene President and CEO Peter Farrell. “This expansion to our current portfolio in the warewash and chemical solutions space brings critical mass to our operations group and strengthens our offering in this segment.”

The entire Chemsyn leadership will be joining Citron.
