Colliers International Hotels recently announced the sale of two Toronto-based Radisson hotels.

The 216-suite Radisson Suite Hotel Toronto Airport on Dixon Road, sold on behalf of InnVest REIT to Silver Hotel Group, is a well-located asset near Toronto Pearson International Airport and Highways 401 and 409.

Some other features include 24-hour fitness and business centres, complimentary airport shuttle service and more than 1,900-square feet of meeting space.

Colliers also sold the nine-storey Radisson Hotel Toronto East to Sunray Group of Hotels. This asset is situated on more than 3.5 acres, within the northwest quadrant of Highway 401 and Victoria Park Avenue.

The amenity-rich hotel is also minutes from the Don Valley Parkway. Key features include 240 rooms, a restaurant and lounge, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness and business centre and more than 8,375 square feet of meeting space.
