Award-winning international design firm Ware Malcomb has moved its Toronto office to a new, larger space at 180 Bass Pro Mills Dr., Suite 103, in Vaughan, Ontario, to accommodate a larger client and employee base.
The firm specializes in architectural and interior architectural design for commercial real estate and corporate clients. Since 2007, its Toronto office has completed hundreds of projects in the Greater Toronto Area.
Ware Malcomb held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new office and welcomed Maurizio Bevilacqua, Mayor of Vaughan, as well as Lawrence R. Armstrong, CEO of Ware, to the festivities.
“This new office location gives us the bandwidth to continue to expand and meet the needs of our clients now and in the future,” said Frank Di Roma, regional director of the firm’s Toronto office, in a press release. “We look forward to many exciting and productive years ahead in this dynamic market.”
Recently, the firm has completed several high profile projects in Ontario, including the award-winning 1,012,500-square-foot Adidas Group Canada distribution centre in Brant; a 500,000-square-foot building for Acklands Grainger in Caledon; and a 100,000-square-foot building for HOOPP Realty in Ottawa.
Ware Malcomb’s new office space reflects its corporate design standards and features graphics designed by their award-winning in-house wm I graphics studio.
