Great Gulf took home top honours at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association’s (OHBA) Awards of Distinction this year. The builder and developer of new homes and condos in the GTA was named 2018 Ontario Home Builder of the Year.

Great Gulf was noted for its industry contributions and leadership as well as its community service. In particular, the builder and developer was recognized for its decades-long track record of producing energy-efficient, high-quality new homes and its use of cutting-edge technology in residential construction. Great Gulf also helps raise funds in support of disenfranchised youth and families and volunteers on the BILD board and OHBA/EnerQuality Technical Committee.

North Drive Investments Inc. was also recognized at the OHBA’s Awards of Distinction. It took home a Prestige Award for One Forest Hill, which was named High or Mid-Rise Project of the Year, with credit to kg&a and The Walsh Group/Printserver Inc.

This OHBA’s 2018 Awards of Distinction winners were selected from a record-setting field of 511 entries.
