The parent company of Shelter Canadian Properties Limited has bought Montreal’s Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Airport for $15 million.
The 159-room hotel, which opened in 2003, is located near business and industrial parks, as well as prime office and retail areas.
Well-maintained amenities include, a business centre, indoor pool and jacuzzi, a fitness centre and complimentary wireless high-speed internet access.
Two meeting rooms totaling about 2,500 square feet and a 500-square-foot outdoor terrace, add to the property’s intended high standard.
The hotel also offers a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle to the Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport, which is located minutes away.
Colliers International Hotels announced the sale on March 30.
