For the second consecutive year and the sixth time ever, Mattamy Homes (Mattamy) was named “Home Builder of the Year” at the annual BILD Awards, held on April 24. Mattamy also received the award, which recognizes builders who set the standard for the rest of the industry through building and development leadership, in 2001, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2014.

A required component in qualifying for the award, a customer satisfaction survey, revealed that Mattamy customers continue to be pleased with the company’s work and results.

“The continued satisfaction of Mattamy’s home purchasers is a true testament to the quality of the communities they create across the GTA,” says Bryan Tuckey, BILD president and CEO.

Mattamy homes built in the GTA are all ENERGY STAR for New Homes Qualified, meaning they are 20 per cent more efficient than homes built to the Ontario Building Code standard. Mattamy also boasts an impressive corporate social responsibility policy, through which it creates initiatives to benefit GTA communities and various charities.
