InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust (InnVest) has sold the 159-room Delta Trois-Rivières Hotel & Conference Centre, including the 102-unit La Sittelle Retirement Residences, to a private investor for $10 million, according to broker Colliers International.

The deal also included the Place du Marché retail plaza, which features 27,206 square feet of leasable space.

Located in downtown Trois-Rivières, steps from the Saint-Lawrence River, the 250,000 square-foot complex is about a 1.5 hour car ride from Montreal and Quebec City, and is the only nationally branded full-service hotel in the local market.

Amenities include a lounge bar and restaurant with room service, plus an indoor heated pool and spa, an exercise room and a day spa. The conference centre caters up to 1500 guests.
