JLL Canada appoints Adam Kilburn as senior VP

JLL Canada has appointed Adam D. Kilburn as senior vice president to lead its Capital Markets platform in Edmonton. In this capacity, Kilburn will be responsible for providing advisory and transaction services in the Edmonton market and across Western Canada, while strengthening JLL’s presence in the region.

Kilburn brings 12 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to JLL and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta. He has been involved in valuing, marketing and selling income producing properties, and has extensive experience in selling retail centres, office buildings and industrial properties.

“Adam’s expertise and experience in investment transactions will be a great asset to our Capital Markets team in Western Canada,” says Peter Zorbas, executive vice president, Capital Markets, Prairie Region practice lead.

Prior to joining JLL, Kilburn held the position of senior vice president for Capital Markets in Edmonton for a leading national brokerage firm. He has concluded over $1.5 billion in sales transactions to date, acting for both sell and buy sides of the transaction. Additionally, Kilburn is skilled in all asset classes and has worked with a variety of clients from Pension Funds and their advisors to REIT’s, REOC’s and numerous private equity and private investors.
