The Leaside is a new mid-rise condo community that promises connectivity via the new Laird Crosstown LRT station in Toronto.
Two luxury buildings will feature 109 and 132 suites ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Townhomes are also part of the development, which is situated in Leaside, a residential neighbourhood surrounded by Bayview Avenue, Rosedale and Summerhill.
The project is a venture between EMBLEM Developments, Core Development Group and financing partner Fiera Real Estate. The architecture comes from Turner Fleisher.
Once complete, Subterra’s geo-exchange heating and cooling system will provide heat, air conditioning, and hot water. Nature-inspired interiors by Truong Ly Design Inc. feature marble, wood, and stone, with spaces to renew and connect, including a co-working lounge optimized for working from home or devoting time to personal projects.
The rooftop terrace – with its fireplaces, BBQs, landscaping and al fresco dining lounge offers views of the Toronto skyline and a place to host summer gatherings.
“This location is within blocks of some of the most expensive real estate in the city and we were very intentional about creating a building that delivered excellence in design and quality,” said Kash Pashootan, Founder and CEO, EMBLEM Developments.
