The CRBP designation provides a “quality assurance” benefit that helps potential tenants select high quality living conditions and first rate management. In addition, Park Property Management has embraced the CRBP’s newest initiative, Living GREEN Together, which is the first industry-developed environmental operating standards for multi-residential apartment buildings.

Notably, Park Property Management was named one of the two winners of the Sustainable Project of the Year award in 2015 by the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association for its work in Thorncliffe Park.
