Real estate developers Prevel Alliance and Inovim recently launched Station Sud, a joint condominium project slated for construction in Old Longueuil, located on Montreal’s south shore.
During the launch of the six-storey, 70-unit building on Oct. 3, interested parties got a look at the first major condo development to take place in Old Longueuil in years. Following the event, 20 per cent of the available units were reserved within 48 hours.
“We are very pleased to offer a new project in a neighbourhood that not only offers an exceptional lifestyle, but also where condos of this type are becoming more and more rare,” said Laurence Vincent, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prevel, in a press release.
Station Sud will be full of amenities for its residents, including a rooftop terrace that allows exceptional views of Montreal and the river. The terrace features a swimming pool, outdoor lounge and a barbecue area. The lobby of the condo features a fitness centre that will be open year-round.
Units, sized between 579 and 1076 square feet, will feature included kitchen appliances with standard Quartz or Granite countertops. First floor units will have the use of private terraces. The area surrounding the development features cafes, restaurants, bars and local shops and services. The project is only minutes from Jacques-Cartier Bridge and Longueuil Metro station.
Construction of Station Sud is slated to begin in spring 2016, with the first condos to be completed in fall 2017.
