Ontario-based property management provider FirstService Residential has been selected to manage The Madison, a condominium development located at Yonge St. and Eglinton Ave. in midtown Toronto.

The Madison was developed by Madison Homes Ltd. and includes 698 units in two towers and 60,000 square feet of retail space. It also offers residents approximately 28,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor amenity space including terraces, bar and lounge areas, a demonstration kitchen, fitness gallery and swimming pool.

The company combines traditional property management services with front desk security and housekeeping, according to Todd Cooper, president of FirstService Residential.
