Property management company C-Era Property Management & Realty Associa (C-Era) has been selected to provide financial, management, communications, record-keeping and administrative services for downtown Calgary’s Drake Condominiums (Drake).

The 135-unit building, located in the city’s 17th Avenue and Beltline neighbourhood, stands 17 storeys high.

Drake was designed by Rafii Architects Inc. and Zeidler BKDI Architects and developed by Grosvenor. It consists of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites as well as ground-level townhomes. It was designed to LEED standards and features a variety of energy efficient building systems.

C-Era will begin managing the property on May 1.
