QuadReal Property Group has named Michael Zea to lead its newly formed operating partner group. Taking on the role of executive vice president and operating partner, Zea will work with the various operating companies in which QuadReal holds an ownership interest.

I am excited about the opportunities ahead, and to work alongside our talented, globally based colleagues,” says Zea, who brings experience as a partner with the management consulting firms, McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman, to his new tasks.

“A track record of collaboration and deep experience in operating businesses position him ideally for this role and to join our executive leadership group,” maintains QuadReal chief executive officer Dennis Lopez. “We welcome Michael and share with him the enthusiasm in the growing market leadership being built by our operating companies in their areas of expertise.”

Zea will work from QuadReal’s New York office along with Thierry Keable, senior vice president, and Hunter Jordan, vice president, of the new operating partner group.
