QuadReal Property Group has added three new senior appointments to its eight-member executive team to help drive corporate and investment strategy.
Roger J. Chouinard, chief legal officer and corporate secretary and Garry P. Herdler, chief financial officer join Dennis Lopez, chief executive officer as the most recent additions to the QuadReal executive team. The executive team’s formation comes a year after QuadReal was created to manage and grow bcIMC’s $24.5 billion global real estate portfolio.

The executive team also includes the following executives who have been with QuadReal since launch: Steve Barnett, chief operating officer; Remco Daal, president, Canadian Real Estate; Jonathan Dubois-Phillips, president, International Real Estate; Diane MacDiarmid, chief talent officer; and Susan L. MacLaurin, EVP, corporate communications.
