Friday, March 6, 2015

Leduc Town Square, a commercial shopping centre located in a prime area along the Queen Elizabeth II Highway into Edmonton has been sold.

ReDev Properties, asset manager and owner of the Leduc, Alberta centre since 2006, says there is 51,393 square feet of rentable space.

“We are exceptionally pleased with the outcome of the sale and being able to yield a respectable return to our investors,” says Richard Crenian, president of ReDev Properties. “Leduc Town Square has several large and attractable tenants, which helped draw in strong cash flow.”

Anchor tenants include Sobey’s, Safeway and Shoppers Drug Mart. The centre’s sale marks the eighth successful property ReDev has owned, operated and sold.
