On Sunday, June 22, approximately 300 apartment residents from 400 Walmer Road, formally known as Park Towers, gathered to celebrate 50 years of living in Toronto’s Old Forest Hill neighbourhood.

The afternoon, hosted by Vertica Resident Services, a multi-residential property management company, consisted of speciality food stations, a cake cutting ceremony, prizes and live music by Juno award winner, Bob De Angelis.

“On behalf of the entire Vertica Resident Service team, we’re thrilled to host the residents of 400 Walmer Road for a Golden Jubilee brunch in honour of the property’s 50th anniversary” said Laura Holland, Vice President, Vertica Resident Services. “We’re grateful to our residents for their loyalty and excited to welcome new residents to the community. Here’s to the next 50 years of growing Toronto’s prestigious address, 400 Walmer Road!”
