Construction has officially started on the second phase of Canderal’s St. Clair Village. 908 St. Clair is a 12-storey, 173-suite building that follows the first phase of the condo project – 900 St. Clair.
With architecture by TACT Architecture and Cumulus Architects Inc., interior design by DESIGNGENICS, the project embodies a modern aesthetic while providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with high-quality finishes. The architecture seamlessly integrates with the surrounding neighbourhood, enhancing the urban landscape.
“The St. Clair Village story is a testament to our commitment to crafting vibrant communities that enhance the fabric of the neighbourhoods we work in,” Ben Rogowski, COO of Canderel, said during the groundbreaking ceremony.
As an extension, 900 St. Clair will add retail offerings and place the LCBO and Tim Hortons at the base, for a connected modern community.
Occupancy is expected for mid-2025.
