The Groupe Hotelier Grand Château (GHGC) will be undertaking major renovation work on its Sheraton Laval hotel.
This $13 million investment is going towards:
- expanding the convention centre by more than 10,000 square feet, including large windows, and it’s multimedia tools, Wi-Fi systems, lighting, automated soundproof partitions and a modernized sound system.
- redesigning both the interior and exterior ergonomics of the reception to the administrative offices and the entirety of its banquet halls in collaboration with the architecture firm, Provencher Roy and the interior design firm Massarelli Design
According to the hotels’ press release the GHGC ‘s goal is to provide a “lodging and event experience that perfectly aligns with the changing needs of the customers and the community while embodying the latest trends in design and amenities.”
The redevelopment is expected to be completed in the next two years.
