Strategic Group recently announced three promotions among its senior staff.

In his short time with the company, Chair of BOMA Calgary Kevin Dixon was promoted to senior vice-president of property management.

Dixon has previously held senior management roles in organizations from the energy sector to development companies. Strategic anticipates Dixon’s expertise, particularly related to property management, will maximize the tenant experience.

Sean McCullough, known for his experience in leasing, design and construction spanning 20 years, is now executive vice-president. McCullough leads the company’s team of leasing professionals and is responsible for increasing all forms of commercial real estate revenue.

Dave Wittal is now vice-president of operations after years of leading Strategic’s operations team. Wittal also played a major role in the company’s problem-solving team and helped plan and implement Strategic’s four pillars operations training.
