WAM Development Group (WAM) has named Robert Mulvale new vice-president of retail leasing.

Mulvale brings more than 17 years of real estate development experience to WAM, having worked with some of Canada’s largest retail developers.

In his new role, he will be responsible for lease negotiations, and building and fostering relationships with existing and prospective tenants that continue to execute on WAM’s retail strategy.

“We’d like to welcome Robert to our growing senior leadership team,” says Darren Durstling, President and CEO of WAM Development Group. “His vast leasing and development expertise is a valued addition to our company and specifically our retail division.”

Mulvale will be based out of WAM’s new Toronto office and work alongside Stefan Savelli, the company’s new senior vice-president.
