Rafael + Bigauskas Architects and ERA Architects designed the building with a gentle density approach that caters to a variety of lifestyles. There are 60 residential condos and 28 rental replacement suites, including 8th-floor penthouses. The suites in the building start at 1,100 square feet. The penthouses on the 8th floor range from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet, with 400 to 1,351-square-foot terraces.
Amenities focus on livability.
