Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. announced that it has formed a partnership with Park Property Management Inc. to deliver SyNERGY, its comprehensive utility expense management solutions, across Park’s complete building portfolio.
Moving forward, Wyse will process, organize and analyze volumes of Park’s bulk utility expenses and information into one online portal. The transition to SyNERGY solutions is a game-changer for Park as it hopes to generate significant cost savings and efficiency gains.
Park is known as a leader in the Ontario rental industry for building management, sustainability practices and resident engagement among its 70 apartment communities, comprised of 8,268 suites, and was recently recognized by the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA) with the 2015 Sustainable Project of the Year Award.
The new partnership with Wyse reinforces Park’s leadership and vision in efficient energy management. The team will increase focus on core business and decrease costs and headaches from utility expenses.
“We are pleased to announce our partnership with Wyse Meter Solutions. Wyse’s Synergy program is an important step in developing greater energy management for all our properties,” said Margaret Herd, Senior Vice-President of Residential Property Management, Park Property Management Inc. “Both companies share a common goal to combine sustainable practices for residents’ needs to increase everyday quality of living.”
