The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) has revealed the shortlist for the 2022 RAIC International Prize.

The facility beat fellow nominees Toronto Zoo, Surrey Park, Red Deer's Sweet Market Esso Station, and Calgary's The ROOFTOP bar.

Eight projects and individuals are receiving 2019 RAIC Awards of Excellence. The awards will be presented at the RAIC Festival of Architecture in Toronto.
