David Podmore, a Canadian real estate icon, will be retiring as chair of Concert Properties effective June 30, 2024.

Concert Properties welcomes Christine Bergeron as president and CEO, who brings more than 25 years’ experience.

Christine Bergeron, current president and chief executive officer of Vancity Group, will step into those roles with Concert Properties beginning in September.
