A new mixed-use community is coming to the LaSalle borough of Montreal, featuring a mix of local amenities, sustainable construction and expansive green space.

The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Cogir Real Estate announced that they are partnering on a new rental residential project, called UniCité, located on Molson Street in Montréal.
