Outstanding design of park spaces was recognized by the BCRPA with two projects earning a 2023 Parks Excellence Award.

Edgewood Park is now open in Surrey, the city's newest neighbourhood park, situated on 165 Street in South Surrey, features a multi-tiered playground.
