Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) have appointed a new president and council for the 2015 to 2016 term.

The School of Sustainable Design Engineering at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) has received a commitment of $16-million in government investments from the province. A new state-of-the-art engineering building will require $12-million in development funding while the remaining $4-million will go towards operating costs for the new engineering degree.
