Construction has begun on a new elementary school in the Township of Langley’s Willoughby Heights area.

The new Smith Athletic Park – Youth Soccer Campus, located in Willoughby, received Township of Langley Council approval to proceed with Phase 1.

The next phase of the major upgrades to Highway 1 between 216th and 264th streets is now out to tender.
