LaSalle Investment Management has acquired three industrial buildings in the Greater Toronto Area through its core real estate fund in Canada. This purchase reduces the fund's overall exposure to the office market.

Together, the two partners forming GID Industrial have 19 million square feet of industrial inventory in 15 American markets.

The deal will bring M7 Real Estate’s portfolio of €4 billion (CAD $6.16 billion) in assets under management across 14 countries to Oxford Properties' platform.
