New home sales in the GTA fell slightly in November as condos continued to comprise most of the sales and a record low number of new single-family homes were sold, finds BILD.

November 2017 saw national home sales rise for the fourth month in a row, up 3.9 per cent from October, according to statistics released by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
