A new 29-storey rental tower in New Westminster has broken ground with completion and occupancy expected in late 2025.

Gracorp Properties and Minto Group have partnered to develop an 18-storey rental community in Vancouver's Oakridge neighbourhood.

Vancouver-based Mayfair Properties recently purchased Martello Tower, a 30-storey concrete rental building at the corner of Beach and Thurlow.
