A former convenience store, adjacent to the lobby inside a downtown Toronto office tower, has been transformed into a private 1920s-style Art Deco lounge for tenant meetings and events.

Public Services and Procurement Canada has released a list of 10 properties “in various stages of the disposal process” as part of an invitation to select stakeholders to bring forward proposals to reposition the space.
