After a decade of declining vacancies in office buildings, Saskatoon’s downtown office vacancy increased by 50,000 square feet in Q2, reports Colliers.

Facility management company Cofely Services Inc. (Cofely) has been selected to manage a new Civic Operations Centre (COC) in Saskatoon, Sask., which is slated to enter construction this spring.

The Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) and the Saskatchewan Polytechnic institution have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a Manufacturing Centre of Excellence in Saskatoon at the school’s campus.
