Plans to revitalize a tired corner of York Mills Road and Yonge Street are moving forward with a brand new design for a mixed-use community that promises direct TTC subway access.

Yonge Park Plaza will offer the opportunity to own office space within a hotel setting, when the seven-storey glass building begins to rise this year.
