Ali Hoss, chief sustainability officer with Triovest, has been identified as one of Canada’s best executives in the Globe & Mail’s 2024 search for leading business influencers.

In 2022, 1,820 real estate entities, collectively holding assets valued at USD $7 trillion, reported to the GRESB benchmark on 60 ESG indicators across 14 components of activity.

Triovest achieved the best GRESB score, 88 out of 100 possible points, in its peer group of non-listed, diversified office/industrial portfolios.
